Belarus party was represented by the Minister of Transport and Communications Vladimir Sosnovsky, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Martynov and the vice-president of Goskompogranvojsk Vadim Zajtsev. Lithuanian party was represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Petras Vajtekjunas, the deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Cheslovas Shikshnaylis. Movement of specified motor transport is authorized at night from 22.00 till 10.00. Time restrictions do not concern transportations of th passengers, perishable cargoes, alive animal and cargoes connected with prevention or liquidation of extreme situations.
